Modern life in the Western world has many of us bound to an office chair for 8 hours a day, sitting in the car or in public transport for several hours a week. We are normally too tired to exercise, or we don’t have the time. We sit at home in the evenings. We have back problems, stiff necks, repetitive strain injury, achy joints.
We spend so much time sitting down that we forget how beautifully our bodies can move. How it feels to be free of pain. What it’s like to be healthy and strong.
Our bodies are capable of amazing movement. Our bodies can tell stories and express emotions, without the need for words.
